04 Who does HQ Coalition share my information with?
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only with the following categories of third parties, solely to operate our site and communications:
HubSpot, Inc. — our CRM and email marketing platform, which stores and processes contact form submissions and contact list data on our behalf. Google — through Google Fonts and Google Analytics, which may collect technical usage data. WordPress and related plugins — which process data as part of operating our website infrastructure.
Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

06 How long does HQ Coalition keep my information?
Contact form submissions and associated contact records are retained in HubSpot for as long as our relationship with you is active, or until you request deletion.
